1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon advance payment.

• Remaining balance must be cleared before or at check-in.

• Booking dates are reserved only after payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation terms may vary based on the booking date and event type.

• Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Date changes are subject to availability.

3. Guest Responsibility

• The guest who makes the booking will be responsible for all activities conducted on the property.

• Valid ID proof (Aadhaar or equivalent) must be provided at the time of booking/check-in.

• Guests must ensure that all attendees follow property rules and regulations.

4. Usage of Property

• The property must be used only for the purpose mentioned during booking.

• Any illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activities are strictly not allowed.

• Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of policy violations.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the swimming pool and play areas.

• Guests are expected to maintain discipline and respect the property and surroundings.

6. Damages & Liability

• Any damage caused to property, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

• Management is not responsible for personal belongings, loss, or theft.

7. Parking & Vehicles

• Parking/valet services (if opted) are chargeable.

• Management is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles.

8. Compliance with Laws

• Guests must comply with all local laws, government regulations, and licensing requirements (including liquor permissions if applicable).
