I recently visited this property for a corporate team outing, and it was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a venue that perfectly balances relaxation with space for celebrations, this is a top-tier choice near Hyderabad.

**What I loved:**

* **Property & Ambience:** The retreat is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well-maintained. The lush greenery and open spaces provide a refreshing escape from the city.

* **Facilities:** The swimming pool is a highlight—it is kept very clean and is perfect for pool parties. The rooms and washrooms were also hygienic and comfortable, which is always a priority for overnight stays.

* **Versatility:** Whether you are planning a family reunion, a corporate event, or a birthday celebration, the layout—which includes a lovely lawn area and a poolside deck—works perfectly.

* **Staff & Service:** The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating throughout our time there, making the check-in and stay process very smooth.

* **Location:** Being located in Maheshwaram, it is easily accessible while still feeling secluded enough to provide a private, "home away from home" atmosphere.

**Verdict:**
Rainbow Retreat and Lawns is a fantastic, versatile venue. It is spacious, clean, and run by a professional team. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free environment for their next family gathering or weekend getaway. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again!

**A quick note for your planning:**
Since there are multiple venues in the Hyderabad area with similar names (including a well-known one in Moinabad), it is a good idea to confirm you are looking at the specific Maheshwaram property to ensure your bookings or navigation are accurate.

I booked this for my office team for 30 members. The day i arrived i landed up at wrong location named Rainbow Retreat moinabad. So this is completely a different place where it was pathetic. Then i routed back to rainbow Retreat and Lawns . Please don't make this mistake. The place is undoubtedly excellent. It is just like a luxurious hotel where they have given every facility unlike farm houses we don't get all these. I can say the place is awesome and absolutely clean. Huge kitchen and dining area they have amazing set up. Near by pista house and good restaurants as well. The helpers were also really good . Therr is nothing like which they don't have. I would wish to visit again with my family . Moreover the person to whom I spoke hasguided withlot of patience . One of the best farm house I can say.

Here's a polished version of your review:

I booked this property for my office team of 30 members. When I arrived, I mistakenly went to a different location called Rainbow Retreat, Moinabad. That place was completely different and quite disappointing. After realizing the mistake, I headed to Rainbow Retreat and Lawns. So, if you're visiting, please make sure you go to the correct location.

Once I reached the right place, the experience was excellent. The property is undoubtedly one of the best farmhouses I have visited. It feels more like a luxurious hotel, offering every facility you could need—something that many farmhouses often lack.

The entire place was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully set up. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and very well organized. There are also good restaurants nearby, including Pista House, which adds to the convenience.

The staff and helpers were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Honestly, I couldn't think of any facility that was missing. The person I coordinated with was also very patient and guided me through everything smoothly.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely love to visit again with my family. Highly recommended and certainly one of the best farmhouses around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful experience at Rainbow Retreat & Lawns. The place is very beautiful, peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. It’s a perfect spot to spend quality time with family and friends, and also a great venue for functions, parties, and get-togethers.
The surroundings are pleasant, the bedrooms and washrooms were neat and hygienic, and the swimming pool was maintained very well. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Kids also enjoyed a lot, especially the open space and pool area.
Another advantage is that it is very close to Maheshwaram town, making it easy to reach.
Overall, a lovely place for relaxation and celebrations. Highly recommended!
